01Spectacle repairs and adjustments
We assess frames, hinges, screws and nose pads, and discuss adjustments to improve the fit. Not every frame can be repaired: the material, damage and availability of compatible parts determine what is possible. Please avoid forcing a broken hinge or gluing a frame before we have checked it.
Contact us before travelling if your glasses are essential for work or daily tasks. We will explain the likely cost and timing after assessment, rather than promise an immediate repair.
02Reglaze glasses with new prescription lenses
Reglazing means fitting replacement lenses into an existing frame. You may want a new prescription, different lens options or a replacement for damaged lenses. We check the frame’s condition and suitability before accepting it for reglazing. Existing frames can be fragile, so the team will explain any relevant risks before work starts.
Bring your current glasses prescription if you have one. We can discuss single-vision lenses, varifocals, coatings and prescription sunglasses, subject to the frame and prescription. See our prescription lens options.
03Need a replacement urgently?
If repair is not suitable, ask about emergency replacement glasses or our same-day glasses service. Availability depends on your prescription, stock and the work required.
