We have an on-site glazing lab and keep selected lenses in stock. We will check the prescription and explain what is possible before you travel or place an order.
Same-day service is most likely for suitable single-vision prescriptions using lenses and frames available in store. Not every prescription, frame or lens coating can be completed within 15 minutes or on the same day. Varifocal, high-power and custom lenses may need to be ordered.

Can I get prescription glasses made on the same day?
Many single-vision prescriptions can be made on the same day in our on-site glazing lab. Timing depends on your prescription, frame, lens type and stock. Call us before visiting to check.
How quickly can you make glasses?
Some suitable single-vision glasses may be ready in around 15 minutes after an eye examination. This is not possible for every order. We will confirm the expected collection time for your prescription and lenses.
Can you make emergency glasses if mine are broken?
Call us and tell us whether you have a current prescription and what has happened. We can check if a same-day repair or replacement is possible and whether you need an eye test first.
Can varifocal or high-prescription glasses be made the same day?
Some lens designs need to be ordered or made to specification. Contact us with your prescription so we can confirm the available lens options and timing.
